Shipping Policy – BackBar Essentials

At BackBar Essentials, we are committed to getting your grooming products delivered quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy below for details about processing times, rates, and delivery expectations.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders placed after business hours or during high-volume periods may experience slight delays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

 

 

 

We currently offer two shipping methods for customers within the United States:

 

Flat Rate Shipping. BackBar Essentials offers Flat Rate Shipping for customers who prefer a simple, predictable shipping cost.

Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $X.XX (Set by store), Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

Available on most standard-size orders, Flat Rate Shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Carrier Calculated Rates)

We also offer Standard Shipping through USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Rates are calculated based on:

Package weight, Shipping destination, Carrier pricing

Standard Shipping Delivery Estimate: 2–5 business days after shipment

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Domestic Shipping Only (U.S.)

At this time, BackBar Essentials ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays, Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as:

Carrier delays, Weather conditions, Holidays, High order volume.

BackBar Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

 

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

 

 

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. BackBar Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

If you notice an error, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update the order before shipment.
